Ordering from iSV Products

Ordering by post
When ordering please enclose a cheque made payable to iSV Products and send it to the address shown on the top of this page. Please do not forget to add the carriage charges, which are listed at the bottom of this page.
Ordering by Phone
If you would like to order by phone then we will open an account for you. We will supply you with the goods you request and enclose an invoice, when you receive the goods you simply send a cheque for the correct amount to us by return post.
Official orders
We can accept official orders in writing if they are supplied with an order number. Please note that we cannot accept official orders by phone.
Overseas orders
Please note that we can accept EuroCheques from overseas customers. We cannot accept Credit Cards or send goods with an invoice. Overseas customers may find it easier to order from one of our dealers. See the "dealers" link for further information.
Carriage charges
Carriage is charged on a per order basis.

�1.50 per order to UK and BFPO addresses. �3.50 per order for outside UK.

    Account terms and conditions
    When ordering by phone or with an official order form we will open an account for you and supply the goods with an invoice. Payment terms will be shown at the bottom of the invoice. We will only supply goods on invoice subject to our normal terms and conditions, no other terms and conditions apply. Ordering any goods to be dispatched with an invoice indicates acceptance of the following.
    All goods supplied on account are the property of iSV Products until paid for in full. Returned goods will not be accepted without a valid iSV returns number. If the account becomes overdue then we reserve the right to charge interest at 4% per month on any overdue amount. Any reminder letters dispatched or any requests for copy invoices will incur a �6 handling charge which will be added to your account.
    Site Licences
    All iSV products are supplied with a single user site licence that allows you to use the software on one machine only. If you want to use software on more than one machine you will need a site licence. Using software on more that one machine without the correct licence is illegal. Site licences allow you to use the software on more than 1 machine at the same site.
    Educational Site Licences
    Site licences for Educational establishments including schools, are charged at the same price as the product. For example if a product costs �20.00 then a site licence that will allow you to run this Product on all machines at one site will cost an extra �20.00, making the total up to �40.00.
    An Educational Site Licence DOES NOT allow you to take software home for use on your own computer.
    Business Site Licences
    Site licences for businesses are charged at the same price as the product. For example if a product costs �20.00 then a site licence that will allow you to run this Product on all machines at one site will cost an extra �20.00, making the total up to �40.00. When sending an official order please state if the products you are purchasing are single user or site licence versions. iSV Products reserves the right to refuse to supply single user copies of software to some establishments. Please note that if a site licence is required it should be included in the order. If you do decide that you want to upgrade a single user version of a product to a site licence version please contact us.
    Technical Support
    All iSV products are supplied with a comprehensive on screen manual which is carefully designed to make using your new software as easy as possible. The manual allows you to go to a page by topic or to search for keywords. The text can also be saved and printed out using any popular word processor. If you do have any problems with a product purchased from us then please do contact us and we will do our best to solve any problems. Further information can be obtiained from the "support" section of this website.
